Hello,
Welcome to this meditation to help you manifest a healthy mind,
Body,
And soul.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position,
Either sitting upright with a straight spine or feel free to lie down on your back if that feels more supportive to you right now.
Allow your eyes to gently close and go ahead and place your hands palms facing down somewhere on the body.
Let's take three deep inhales and slow exhales together.
So empty any air out and big slow breath in,
Really filling the belly with air,
And then slowly exhale it out.
Again,
Long deep inhale,
Imagining oxygen moving into every inch of the body and let it out,
Maybe with a sigh.
Last one,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath in,
And exhale,
Letting something go.
Beautiful.
You can let your breath fall back into its natural rhythm and now bring your awareness to the top of the head.
Imagine that there's this shimmery white light shining on it.
This is a deeply loving and healing light from above,
And that can either come from the universe,
God,
Loved ones,
Or your highest self.
Whatever feels best and most aligned for you.
In a moment,
You'll slowly allow that white shimmery light to fill your body,
Starting at the top of the head and making your way all the way down to the fingertips and toes.
First,
Turn your palms up so that they're facing the ceiling,
Signaling that you're open to receiving loving healing energy that will infuse your mind,
Body,
And soul.
And I invite you now to set an intention for what it is you're looking to heal.
What is your intention for this practice?
Beautiful.
Bring your awareness back to that light shining atop your head,
And on your own time,
Slowly start letting it make its way down your body,
Filling you internally and washing over you externally until it's flowing out of your fingertips and toes.
Let it reach every cell in your body.
If your mind has wandered,
That's totally normal.
Just bring your attention back to filling yourself with this healing loving light.
Beautiful.
Now just notice what it's like to be filled with this healing,
Loving light.
How does your body feel?
What's the quality of your mind?
Good.
Now visualize what your life is like with a healthy mind,
Body,
And soul.
What does your day-to-day look like?
How are you moving through your life?
How do you feel physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Even spiritually?
Really allow that way of being to seep in.
Take a deep breath in,
Feeling it fully,
And slowly exhale,
Releasing anything that blocks you from your healthiest self.
Do that once more,
Big breath in,
And slowly exhale.
Good.
Now repeat after me,
I am healthy.
Health is within me.
I am worthy of a healthy mind.
I am worthy of a healthy body.
I am worthy of a healthy soul.
I receive health fully into my life.
I invite you now to take a moment to thank yourself for showing yourself love and care in this way.
Start to gently come back to the present moment,
Maybe wiggling the fingers and toes,
And when you feel ready,
Taking as much time as you'd like,
Slowly and gently open your eyes.
