Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Pressing your hands with the palms down and letting your eyes gently close.
Start to bring an awareness to the breath.
Notice how it gently moves your chest in and out.
Feel the wave-like motion that occurs naturally as you breathe.
Let this rhythm that happens naturally soothe you and ground you.
As you breathe in,
Feel the heart fill with love and peace.
And as you exhale,
That loving calmness flows out to every inch of your body.
Keep breathing peace into your heart and exhaling it out in every direction until it reaches the top of your head,
The fingertips,
And the toes.
Continue imagining this relaxing breath cycle on your own,
Using the natural movement of your breath.
After each movement,
Rotate the entire body.

What is one thing I can do if I start to feel anxious today?
Maybe it's focusing on your breath for just two minutes,
Taking a movement break,
Or journaling how you're feeling.

Take a moment to just feel that inner support system,
Maybe bringing one or both hands to the heart if that feels good.
