Good morning and welcome to this meditation to help you release any stress you may be feeling at the moment and set you up for a peaceful day ahead.
If you haven't already,
Find a comfortable position either sitting upright with a straight spine or lying down on your back.
Rest your hands with the palms facing up and allow your eyes to gently close.
We'll start connecting to the present moment by taking a few deep breaths on your own time with full inhales that expand the belly and long exhales that soften the body even more each time.
Feel as tension releases from the forehead,
The jaw,
The neck and shoulders,
And all the way down to the feet.
Maybe on your next exhale you let out a big yawn or sigh,
Releasing anything else you may be holding.
Good.
Allow your breath to fall back into its natural rhythm and bring all your attention to your palms.
And you bring all of your focus to any sensations you feel on your palms.
Now imagine that this beautiful white light with a loving healing energy starts to come from the sky and fill your palms.
Let your palms act as a container for this white healing energy and let it continue to pour in,
Filling your palms so much that they start to overflow with this white light.
In a moment,
You'll move your palms to different parts of the body to share that healing energy,
But know that this energy can never decrease.
It just expands and grows as you use and share it.
So take your palms and place them facing down on your forehead,
Allowing that white healing light to calm your mind and relieve any tension in the head.
Really feel that energy start to remove any feelings of stress and anxiety from your mind.
Now,
Move your palms down to your shoulders near the neck.
Feel this loving healing energy expand into this whole area.
Now,
Take your palms to your heart center,
That area in the middle of your chest.
And feel as this energy soothes your heart with feelings of love,
Peace,
Acceptance.
This energy tells your heart that all is well.
And now,
Move your palms to the belly.
Anytime you felt uneasy or a pit in your stomach just melts away.
Your whole belly and abdomen are filled with this beautiful healing energy.
Now move your palms to any other area you feel may need it.
Now move your palms to the belly.
Eventually,
Find a resting spot for your palms that feel like they're resting.
Feel good.
Now move your palms to the belly.
Take a moment to notice how your body feels in this relaxed state.
Full of this loving and healing energy.
Notice how you feel both physically and emotionally.
And there's no right answer,
Just bringing some attention to it.
Beautiful.
Now repeat the following phrases after me,
Either out loud or in your head.
I am peaceful and calm.
I am calm regardless of what's going on around me.
I can handle whatever happens in my day.
I can return to this state of calm whenever I need to.
I am worthy of ease and peacefulness.
My intention is to have a beautiful,
Stress-free day.
Wonderful.
