Kristin Page is a licensed therapist, meditation teacher, and yoga instructor with decades of experience guiding individuals and groups in mindfulness-based practices. Her work integrates clinical training with contemplative traditions, supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and well-being in everyday life. Kristin has extensive training in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and mind–body approaches, and has taught meditation and yoga in clinical, community, and retreat settings. She brings a practical, compassionate, and accessible approach to her teaching, helping students develop sustainable practices that support both mental and emotional health. Her teaching is grounded in evidence-based methods, reflective practice, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

Simple and lovely. For some reason today I really enjoyed paying attention to the full exhale. I normally focus on the effect the exhale has on my body, but your instruction allowed me to fully focus on my exhale. Thank you 🙏
