With your eyes open or closed,
Begin to be aware of yourself and any sensations you may feel in your body.

Put your hand on your heart,
Sensing into your heartbeat and feeling the rise and fall of your breath.
And as you do this,
Allowing yourself to settle.
Acknowledging that your experience as it is right now is no problem.
And in that way,
Bring your breath to the foreground.
Notice what it feels like to breathe in fully.
And what it feels like to exhale fully without any rush to the very end of the exhale.
Just like that,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Being with your breath,
With your experience in this moment,
Without any sense of trying to change it or adjust it,
Just being with it.
Breathing in and breathing out.
