Find your comfortable seat.
Noticing where your sitz bones meet the chair or the cushion and allowing yourself to lengthen up a little bit more through your torso,
At the same time relaxing into your body.
Just bringing your full attention to your breath as it moves in and out through your nose.
Noticing as you breathe in your rib cage,
Your chest expands.
As you breathe out,
It contracts.
Noticing as you breathe in your rib cage.
One thing that happens often in meditation is we notice that we not only drift off into thought but we drift off into this repeated thought,
Like this habitual reel of a movie.
So just allow yourself to let that go for now and bring your attention back to your breath.
The mind is so happy to flow with the rhythm of the breath.
Watch the breath flow.
