A short guided breath meditation to use at any point throughout the day.

Transcript

Find your seat,

Close your eyes,

Allow yourself to sit a little bit taller,

Feeling your spine lengthen,

Let your shoulders relax,

Let your jaw relax.

Allow for that space behind your eyes to relax to the extent that it can.

And let that all fall into the background and bring to the foreground of your attention the feeling of your breath.

Breathe in through your nose,

Fill all the way up.

Breathe out gently through your mouth as if you're fogging a mirror and let it all go.

Open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers and your toes and release out of this formal meditation.
