This Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation to soften, restore, and return to your inner knowing. As you are gently guided into a state of deep rest, this practice supports the nervous system in unwinding while opening to the energy of spring, a season of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings. Through body awareness, breath, and subtle energy exploration, you’ll be invited to release what is ready to close… and softly welcome what is ready to bloom. A space to reconnect with your inner intelligence, nurture self-trust, and plant seeds of intention for the season ahead. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held. For your experience, I recommend lying down in a comfortable position with supportive props—pillows, blankets, and perhaps something to cover your eyes—so you can fully surrender into stillness and relaxation.
