Welcome to your Distance Reiki Healing Session.
During this Reiki Healing Session,
I will be channeling Universal Life Force energy,
Which is Reiki,
To remove physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual blocks from your body and aura.
This session will help to ground,
Clear,
And protect your energy,
Creating deep relaxation and accelerated healing.
I will focus sending and infusing more Reiki energy healing to your energy centers,
Known as the chakras.
And sometimes we bypass or push our emotions away.
But during this healing session,
I would love to invite you to bring emotions to the surface,
To feel them,
And to heal them,
And to release them.
During this healing session,
It is important that you are very comfortable and free from distractions.
I recommend lying on your back with a pillow or folded blanket under your head,
A folded blanket or pillow,
Or a blanket under your head.
A folded blanket or pillow underneath the backs of your knees.
And cover yourself with a blanket,
And also covering your eyes with an eye pillow or small towel.
And once you find your way to a comfortable position,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Begin to take a few cleansing breaths,
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose,
And exhaling out through the mouth.
As you relax deeper and deeper,
Set the intention for our healing session to open yourself up to receive reiki energy and to release any energy that is no longer serving you.
And now we will begin to call in your angels,
Guides,
Ascending masters,
Teachers,
And power animals for guidance,
Protection,
And messages.
During this healing session,
For the highest good of you and the highest good of all.
And so it is.
Now that you are open and ready to receive reiki,
And you've called in your spirit team,
I will begin to activate the sacred energy that is called in your spirit.
And you've called in your spirit team.
I will begin to activate the sacred reiki symbols and mantras,
Sending them to you through time and space.
There is nothing for you to do.
Just relax deeper and deeper,
And allow yourself to receive.
And begin to slow down the breath even more.

And through outer healing session,
If you find your mind wandering,

I will now begin to channel and transfer healing energy to each of your chakras.
Remember,
This is a space to get in touch with how you're really feeling,
Uncovering deep emotions and blockages so that you can release them and ultimately heal and find balance.
Begin to visualize a bright,
Vibrant healing white light above the crown of your head,
Hovering above the crown of your head,
And now open the crown chakra at the very top of your head,
Sahaswara,
And open the crown chakra at the very top of your head,
Sahaswara.
And allow this healing Reiki energy from source to penetrate down through the crown chakra,
Connecting you to the inner healing energy of the crown chakra.
Connecting you to spiritually guided,
Divine life force energy.
And like a channel opening up through the center of your body,
Imagine this healing energy traveling down to the space between your brows,
Your third eye point,
Your inner light,
Agni chakra,
Center of intuition.
Feel this healing energy clearing and cleansing any blocks around your intuitive knowing.
You now experience healing and can see things as they truly are.
Now visualize this healing energy clearing and cleansing any blocks around your intuitive knowing.
Now visualize this healing energy moving down to the center of your throat,
Cleansing and healing any blocks in the center of your throat.
Cleansing and healing any blocks in the Vaishuda chakra,
The chakra connected to your communication.
You are now able to speak your truth and clearly manifest your deepest desires.
This healing light continues to travel from source now down to the center of your body,
The heart chakra,
Anahata.
Clearing any blockages around your heart space.
You are now able and open to receive love and also give love freely.
Let your heart space be bathed and nourished with vibrant healing energy.
The energy infuses down into your solar plexus,
Manipura,
Just above your belly button,
Clearing and cleansing any energy blocking you from your personal power.
You can now take your power back and step forth with confidence as you align with your deeper purpose and what you are here to do and accomplish.
This healing golden orb of light travels down to your sacral chakra,
Svadhisthana,
Area of the lower abdomen,
The pelvis,
The home of your reproductive organs.
You may feel deeper feelings and emotions coming to the surface here.
This healing energy begins to clear out energy that may be yours or it may be someone else's energy that you have been carrying.
As you exhale,
You feel the deep release.
And cleansing sensation,
Releasing emotions and feelings that are not serving your highest good or the highest good of all.
Lastly,
The healing energy travels down into the root chakra,
Mooladhara,
The inner chakra,
The inner chakra,
The inner chakra,
The inner chakra,
And this light infuses down through the legs and out through the soles of the feet.
Located at the tip of your tailbone and this light infuses down through the legs and out through the soles of the feet.
This is the chakra that grounds you here on earth.
And as this energy travels through your lower body,
It heals and removes any blocks keeping you from feeling grounded,
Safe,
And secure.
You begin to feel your energetic frequency align with the earth's energetic frequency.
And like a flower drawing nourishment from the earth through the earth,
You feel nourished,
Grounded,
And safe.
You feel nourished,

And safe.
Continue to let go,
Relax,
And receive.
As I continue to channel and send Reiki to your open,
Clear,
And grounded physical and energetic body.

And to bring your awareness back to your breath.
Remaining very still,

And in tune and tapped into this high vibrational frequency of Reiki energy healing.
It is now moving through you and around your auric field.
Begin to imagine a protective bubble of light surrounding you.
This bubble of light offers an extra layer of protection from any energetic cords.
And will only allow good to enter your aura.
You are now surrounded by the white light from spirit and only good shall enter your aura.
Repeat this in your mind's eye.

Now that you are grounded,
Cleansed,
And protected,
Slowly begin to reawaken by wiggling your toes and your fingers.
Taking any gentle movements,
Any rituals of coming out of a resting posture that you enjoy.
Take as much time as you need to come up and out of this healing session.

I recommend grounding yourself by placing your bare feet on the floor or the earth.
And also drinking a large glass of water.
