My name is Christi and I'm so honored to guide you through this yoga nidra practice and thank you so much for choosing to practice the sacred tool to help you drop deep into states of relaxation while becoming aware and awake of your true essence,
Which is peace and love.
When you're ready,
Just making your way into a very restful and comfortable position,
Supporting your whole body with props,
Cushions,
Blankets,
Turning down the lights or covering your eyes,
Taking these first few moments to adjust so you can be five to ten percent more comfortable and then take some nice relaxing deep breaths,
Giving yourself some space from doing and just allowing yourself time to rest.
Begin to observe if there's any energetic attachments attached to taking care of others,
Taking care of tasks or to-dos,
Maybe attachments to thoughts,
Conversation.
With each exhale,
Allowing yourself this time to let those energetic attachments go,
Begin to feel a wave of ease and softness cascade over your whole body from the feet all the way to the crown,
This wave of ease.
Explore the relaxation waving over the soles of your feet,
Relaxing all the little muscles around your toes,
Ankles,
Ease traveling up through both legs,
Across the knees,
Thighs,
Letting the whole pelvis soften and relax.
Begin to feel that spaciousness in your belly,
Releasing any tightness or rigidity around your lower belly,
Your upper belly.
Ease on both sides of the waist and allowing the distance between your right collarbone and left collarbone to have a sense of softness,
Feeling into the sacred vibration of your heart,
Feeling the life force at the heart space,
The very center of your body,
Feeling the energy building and then radiating out from your heart space and with this pool of energy at the center of your heart,
Inviting in your intention,
Your sankalpa,
A heartfelt desire or perhaps how you truly want to feel.
This heartfelt desire is spoken directly to universal consciousness.
If you're working with an intention,
You can bring that into your practice or perhaps repeating,

Feel the love starting to radiate out into each cell of your body,
This love inviting in a deeper sense of rest,
Regeneration and healing on all levels.
We'll now move through a rotation of consciousness,
Of the sensation of feeling a circuitry of life force energy from point to point in your body.
It may be helpful just to bring your awareness to the sensation of this life force energy touching each point that I name,
Beginning on the right side of your body,
Right hand,
Thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Pinky finger.
Begin to feel the perimeter around each finger,
The distance and space or field of energy around and between your fingers,
The palm of the hand,
Back of the hand,
Middle of the right wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
Right side of the waist,
Thigh,
Knee,
Lower leg,
Ankle,
Heel,
Top of the right foot,
Sole of the right foot,
Right big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Pinky toe.
Feeling the sensation of the perimeter around each toe and the distance between the toes.
Feeling this field of energy around all of the right toes.
Feel your whole right side of your body.
Experiencing the sensation of life force energy moving through the right side of your body.
Take your time floating your awareness to the left side of your body,
The left hand thumb,
Second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Pinky finger.
Feel the sensation of the perimeter around all of the fingers on your left hand,
The space between each finger and this field of energy awareness around all of your left fingers,
Into the palm of your hand,
Back of your hand,
Middle of the left wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
The whole left side of the waist,
Left hip,
Upper leg,
Knee,
Lower leg,
Ankle,
Heel,
Sole of the left foot,
Top of the foot,
The left big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Pinky toe.
Feeling the perimeter around all of the left toes and the distance between the toes.
Feeling this field of energy awareness between the toes.
Feeling a circuitry of life force energy in your whole left side of your body.
The whole left side of your body.
The circuitry of life force energy.
Begin to bring your awareness to the crown of your head,
Forehead,
Right eye,
Left eye,
Right temple,
Left temple,
Right ear,
Feel the distance to the left ear,
Inside the right nostril,
Inside the left nostril,
Right cheek,
Left cheek,
Right jaw,
Left jaw,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Tip of the tongue,
Root of the tongue,
Center of the throat,
Right collarbone,
Left collarbone,
Center of the heart,
Upper abdomen,
Lower abdomen,
Tip of the tailbone,
Right hip,
Left hip,
Right knee,
Left knee,
Right ankle,
Left ankle,
Right foot,
Left foot.
Feeling the circuitry of energy moving through both feet,
Both glutes,
Lower back,
Middle back,
Upper back,
Right shoulder,
Left shoulder,
The back of the neck,
Back of the head,
The crown of the head.
Awareness to that center point right between your right eye and left eye.
Landing awareness of the sensation of life force energy resting at the third eye point.
Feel your breath effortlessly moving in and out of your right nostril.
Feel yourself just breathing in and out of the right nostril and then allowing the inhale to move into the right nostril.
Exhaling through the left side of your brain and down through the whole left side of your body.
Inhaling through the right,
Exhaling through the left side of your brain and your whole body.
And then begin to breathe effortlessly in and out of your left nostril.
Breathing in and out of just your left nostril.
Begin to breathe inhaling through the left nostril and exhaling through the right side of your brain down through the whole right side of your body.
Inhaling through the left side of your nostril and exhaling down through the right side of the brain and through the whole right side of your body.
Begin to feel the warm healing golden rising sunlight below the soles of your feet.
Washing over your toes.
Feeling this light rising over your whole body creating a warm healing nourishing sensation over each cell of your body all the way up to the crown of your head.
Feeling warm nourished and vibrant the golden sunlight bathing every cell in your body.
Now begin to feel the cool touch of the moonlight at the crown of your head.
Allowing this light to be a fainting light as the darkness from the night's vast sky begins to hover just above the crown of your head.
And then begin to feel that healing darkness flow over and down all the way to the soles of your feet encouraging each cell to rest repair regenerate under the vast dark night sky.
Feel yourself resting feel yourself resting deeply in the vastness of the emptiness of the night's sky while simultaneously feeling plugged into this vast webbing of universal consciousness resting deeply in a vast void of possibility plugged into the purest energy of the universal consciousness.
Begin to visualize a golden sun starting to rise again gaining momentum as the sun begins to rise from the soles of your feet rising up and over your whole body all the way up to the crown of your head.
This warm nourishing sunlight washes over your body allowing this light to cover all of the blooming flowers and trees of life growing and rising throughout your entire body a vibrant garden of life force energy feeling this garden of life force energy blooming within and around you creating a vibration vibration of rising and expanding energy inviting in your sankalpa into your heart I rest deeply as healing life force energy rises and radiates through me now feeling your whole body blooming with healing energy feeling your body in a deep meditative state while awake to the expansion happening within you and around you again to feel your physical body feeling your toes and your fingers feeling your body relaxed and held starting to bring your awareness to the space you're resting in feeling the rise and fall of your breath and invite in any gentle movements or rest here as long as you intuitively are guided to sending you so much love and light as you continue to bloom and expand into this highest version of yourself rested while remaining awake and aware of your true essence which is love and peace from my heart to yours namaste thank you so much for practicing with me I love to stay connected and hear from you so let me know how you're blooming in your life have a beautiful and blessed rest of your day or night
