Welcome to your yoga nidra practice to release anything that's not serving you and deeply rest your mind and your body.
Begin to make your way onto your back,
Creating a cozy rest nest of pillows and blankets,
Something to cover yourself with to stay warm,
Something to cover your eyes with,
Whatever your body needs to feel comfortable as possible in this moment.
Getting ready for an experience of release,
Resulting in freedom in your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit.
I wanted to begin our practice with a little love note to you to remind you that you are not alone.
Often times we carry the weight of the world on our shoulders.
This practice is permission to release that weight.
Just let yourself rest and feel held and supported.
I want to just remind you of how worthy you are of rest,
Of taking care of yourself and prioritizing your well-being.
Let go of anything you think you need to do.
There's nothing to do right now.
With ease,
Shift from doing to just being.
This time is just for you.
This practice is just for you.
There are no shoulds or shouldn'ts.
And there is absolutely no way you can do this wrong.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible in just the way you like,
Adjusting anything you like,
Any way you like.
Feel all the parts of your body touching the surface below you,
Feeling supported,
Held,
And free to let go of tensions.
Continue getting comfortable for this practice of non-doing.
Take a big,
Deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Release any tension.
Bring your awareness to your feet and your ankles,
And relax your feet and your ankles as much as possible.
Calves,
Knees,
And thighs,
Relaxed as they can be.
Hips relaxed,
Low back,
Middle back,
Upper back,
Releasing tension,
Whole back melting into the surface below you.
Hands and arms are letting go.
Arms and neck relaxing,
All the tension diffusing and releasing.
Jaw,
Your tongue,
And the cheeks are softening.
The eyes,
Forehead,
Entire scalp softening.
Whole body melting into the support of the earth beneath you,
Held by the support of the earth beneath you.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Release any lingering or remaining tensions.
Letting go of any thoughts,
Any need to do,
Just allow yourself to just be.
This is your time for yourself.
No agenda,
Just peace.
Begin to feel and experience the stillness.
And know that you can move anytime you like,
But I encourage you to indulge in the sweetness of this stillness.

Effortless awareness as I move around to each body part sending you reiki energy healing.

Sweeping awareness of the areas reiki is touching your entire body.

Begin to move your awareness now to the back of your body.

Receiving reiki to let go of any weight you're carrying in the upper body.
Moving the awareness down the whole right leg,
The whole left leg,
Both legs together,
The whole torso,
The whole right arm,
The whole left arm,
Neck,
Head.
Receiving reiki healing in the whole front of the body,
The whole back of the body.
Becoming aware of receiving healing energy to the whole body together,
The whole body together.
Notice this field of being,
The whole body breathing,
The whole self breathing.
Inhaling peace,
Exhaling and releasing all tension.
Inhaling the peace of simply being and exhaling,
Releasing all the stress and tension.
One more time inhaling the peace of simply being.
Inhaling,
Releasing all stress,
All tension.
Inhaling healing energy,
Exhaling releasing any fatigue in your body,
Mind and soul.
Inhaling vibrant energy,
Exhaling and releasing any fatigue.
Inhaling positivity,
Exhaling and releasing any negative energy.
Breathing in light,
Radiant and energizing light.
As you exhale,
Let go of anything you need to release,
Feel it release and melt away from your body.
Inhaling radiant,
Vibrant,
Energizing healing light.
Exhaling anything you need to dissolve or release that is no longer serving you.
And to breathe in this way,
Taking in radiant light and healing energy and exhaling anything you'd like to release,
Anything holding you back,
Anything no longer serving you.
Feel the lightness increasing more and more as you release.
Feel your whole body breathing itself peacefully.
There's nothing for you to do.
Simply rest here,
Rest in the sensation of lightness,
Peace and freedom for the next few minutes.

Perhaps even feeling and experiencing the energy of the room you're in Become aware of the sensations of the physical body The feel of the body on the surface below you The feel of fabric from your clothing on your skin The temperature in your space touching your skin You are worthy of resting here,
You are worthy of slowing down,
Prioritizing and taking care of yourself Begin to feel the freedom of energy flowing through your body Moving your body gently,
Starting with wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers Perhaps rocking your head right to left,
Massaging the back of your skull Making any gentle movements that feel good and healing in your body If you're ready for larger movements,
You can start to stretch as if you're waking up from a deep sleep Taking a few deep breaths,
Recalling any sensation of release Any sensation of increased lightness,
Peace,
