You might want to bring the world card into this practice and if that's the case and it's not handy,
Pause the audio now while you find that card.
So make yourself comfortable,
Choosing a posture which embodies relaxed and aware and just allow yourself to drop into that centered state of being.
You know the one.
If there's anything you've been carrying that's not conducive to that centering,
You can release it now and just allow yourself to breathe for a moment,
Bringing your awareness in sight.
Notice what your energy is like now and using the world card as a visual focus if you wish.
Invite in that sense of balance and completion.
Allow yourself to smile and to congratulate yourself for putting in the time,
Energy and effort needed to do this work.
It's a commitment you've made to yourself and you've fulfilled it.
Recognize yourself as someone who has completed a cycle and has gifts to take on to the next stage of your journey.
Recognize all the resources which are within your reach.
You may notice that your posture changes as you think these thoughts.
Your shoulders may relax,
Your face may relax or express pleasure or gratitude.
You may sit a little taller.
Notice what comes with this sense of completion and then allow yourself to be appreciative,
To feel grateful for each learning experience.
Grateful for each gift.
Grateful for each challenge and the accompanying growth.
Grateful for fulfilling your commitment to show up for yourself.
Grateful.
