Relax and release all your cares with this sacred bath ritual. Follow Keziah's gentle guidance as you prepare your space and undress mindfully. Relax into the pleasure of the bath with mindfulness prompts to encourage your presence in your experience. The last few minutes are just music, to allow you to enjoy your bath as you wish.

Hello and welcome to your meditative bath ritual.

You can use this audio to set the scene for your ritual and then I'll leave you to it to enjoy your bath in peace.

Start by preparing your sacred bath.

Fill the tub with hot water and maybe bubbles.

Light any candles,

Incense or anything else that you would like to set up the space.

As you add each element,

Ask it to work with you to create a sacred space.

Pause the audio for as long as you need to while you create your space and come back once your bath is ready.

Now your space is ready,

Set your intention for your meditative bath ritual.

It can be a simple intention like giving yourself some time to be present,

To be with yourself or it could be to heal or to cleanse or to process.

Think about what you hope this ritual will do for you.

When you're ready,

Begin to undress.

As you do so,

Imagine that you're stripping away your cares.

All of your roles and responsibilities,

Everything that is the out to you,

Allow yourself to release it now.

It will always be there again as soon as you're ready to pick it back up,

But for now,

This is sacred time.

When you're naked,

Allow yourself a moment to fully be with your body.

You might place your hands on your heart or anywhere else that feels appropriate.

Take a moment to send love and gratitude to this wonderful vessel of your soul.

If that's not easy,

Say words of love and gratitude anyway.

To introduce yourself to the idea of being kind to your body.

You can say,

I love you,

I appreciate you.

You're now stepping into the bath and settling yourself in the water.

Allow yourself to move slowly,

Perhaps even more slowly as you find a comfortable position.

Trust yourself to the water,

Surrendering into the bath as a sacred act.

And as you're situated in the bath,

Just notice the water.

Notice how it looks.

Is it clear,

Bubbly?

Do the lights reflect on it?

How are the depths?

Notice what it's like to experience the water.

Notice any sounds,

Maybe faint ripplings or splishings in response to even the tiniest of movements.

Notice how it feels,

The temperature,

The texture.

Notice the difference between the water and the air above and what it's like to be in your body experiencing both.

Notice what happens in your body in the warm water.

Perhaps your muscles relax.

Perhaps your body temperature rises.

Notice what it's like to experience this moment.

Water is a natural healer,

A natural cleanser.

Offer the water what you have for healing and what you have for cleansing.

Allow the water to offer you what you need.

Ask for what you need if you know what that is.

It might be healing,

Relaxation.

Whatever it is,

Ask the water for it now.

Brush yourself in the water,

Appreciating this moment as a sacred offering to yourself.

Place love into your touch as you apply the water to your body.

Allow yourself to accept it.

Place peace into your touch as you apply the water to your body.

Allow yourself to accept it.

Place healing into your touch as you apply the water to your body.

Allow yourself to accept it.

This is the end of the guidance.
