Okay,
So we'll go into our practice now.
Our group community healing practice.
So what we'll do is we'll send healing together,
We'll create a pool of Reiki energy,
And we'll send it where it's needed.
There are a couple of points here first about how we send distant healing.
So there are two ethical points that I really,
Really want to bring to you.
So the first is that when we send distant healing,
Our two ethical points are firstly that we don't force distant healing on anybody,
Even if it's someone that we know it will be good for.
And the reason for that is that,
You know,
This is a consent issue.
We can't force energy on anyone without consent just as we couldn't physically or psychologically force anything on anyone without consent.
And what we can do,
Sometimes we can have conversations with people and say,
I'd like to send you some healing,
Would that be okay?
I've had such a conversation this week with someone who I thought would never want Reiki healing from me,
But has accepted actually.
Sometimes we can't have those conversations.
And so when we can't have those conversations,
We'd like to offer healing,
Whether it's because it's someone that we don't know personally,
A being.
We can send Reiki to non-human beings as well.
So a being that we can't communicate with in the same way as we would,
Or a place or a situation.
What we can do,
Because we direct Reiki with our intention,
Is that we can set our intention that they are free to energetically accept or refuse the energy.
And the other thing that when we set our intention around the Reiki that we're sending,
We don't intend to heal a specific thing.
Even if someone,
That person does have something specific that needs healing for whatever reason,
They're going through a hard time,
Maybe they have a health issue,
Something's going on emotionally,
Whatever it is,
It's best for us to not try to heal that specific thing.
Because what we're doing then is basically we're limiting the Reiki.
If we trust the Reiki energy to go where it needs to go,
Then it will go where it needs to go.
And I can only say that I know that to be true from my years of experience with Reiki.
And we just get out of the way.
All we do is channel the energy.
All we do is direct the energy,
Call it in.
So I'm going to start the guidance now.
For those of you who aren't familiar with the way we do this distant healing in circle,
I'll guide you all the way through.
And there will be a chance for everybody in this circle to also receive as well,
Because it's wonderful to send healing.
It's one of the best things in the world,
And we all deserve to receive healing as well.
So I invite you now to take a deep breath.
And we're using this energy of connection.
So we're in this virtual space together,
We're in a virtual circle together,
Although we're all in different physical places,
Different locations.
And so we have a virtual circle.
And as well as a virtual circle,
We have an energetic circle.
So what we're doing now is taking advantage of the energy of being in circle to send this energy together.
And as we work together,
The energy will be amplified.
So I invite you now to connect energetically into the circle,
As if you weren't already,
By either placing your hands on your device or pointing them towards your device,
Staying within what's comfortable for you.
And then we're going to start to bring in the Reiki energy.
So just imagine that as you breathe in,
Beautiful golden healing light comes in through your crown,
Down to your Tandem.
And as you breathe out,
You send it out through your hands,
Through your device,
Into this virtual space that we have together.
And we'll continue that with each breath,
Breathing in the golden healing energy.
Breathing out,
Directing it out through your hands,
Through your device,
Into the pool of healing energy.
And as you connect your energy into the pool of healing energy,
Know that the energy that each of us brings is amplified as our energies meet and mingle,
As the Reiki energy we're bringing through meets and mingles.
So breathing this golden energy in through your crown,
Breathing out,
Sending it through your hands,
Through your device,
Into this pool of energy,
This circle that we create together.
And now for those who you would like to send healing to,
You can imagine them stepping into that pool of golden energy.
You can say their name aloud.
Several people have asked for healing in my circle or have mentioned to me in correspondence this week that they are in need of healing,
So I include those people,
As well as a couple of people close to me.
And may each of us and each of the people that we send healing to receive what they need.
Breathing that gentle golden energy in down through your crown,
Breathing out,
Sending it out through your hands,
Through your device,
Knowing that it goes where it's needed.
And then continuing that flow of energy,
And now you might place a hand on yourself.
And also giving yourself permission to receive healing,
To receive what you need.
So breathing that golden energy in through your crown,
Breathing it out through your hands,
Knowing that it goes where it's needed.
To each of those who we hold in our intention,
To each of us as well.
And then intending that this pool of energy that we've created remains ever full and ever available to those who need it.
And then release the flow of yourself,
So release your visualization.
You might brush your hands off and give thanks to the Reiki energy.
