Hello and welcome to this intuitive check-in with me Keziah Gibbons.
So let's start by just finding the state that can best support you for this check-in.
So allowing your breathing to settle,
Your body to be comfortable and inviting in a sense of presence and then sensing into your physical body.
So feeling how your body feels on the inside from head to toe,
Noticing any images that come as you sense into your body,
Any sounds or words or knowing.
Just feeling what's inside your body right now and then just sending this question inwards into your body and asking yourself,
How do I feel in my body?
And you might ask yourself,
Am I at full capacity?
And then just allowing any answers to come and then sending your awareness to your energy field.
So you might feel your own energy,
You might see it,
You might tune into it or just get in knowing,
Just sensing into your energy now,
Noticing whatever you find and then just sending this question into your energy field,
Asking yourself,
How do I feel in my energy?
And you might ask yourself if your energy body matches with your physical body and you might notice whether it's evenly distributed.
Just allowing any answers to come to you naturally as you sense into your energy and then coming to your heart,
Sending your awareness into your heart.
So you might feel how you feel in your heart space.
There may be images or sounds or words or knowings that come to you as you sense into your heart and then sending the question inwards,
Just asking yourself,
How do I feel emotionally?
And noticing any emotions that are present,
Noticing where in your body you experience them and noticing what stories you might be associating with these feelings.
Allowing any answers to come as you sense into your heart and then bringing your awareness to your mind,
Allowing yourself to be quiet for long enough to listen to your mind and asking yourself,
Sending that question to yourself,
Have I had these thoughts before?
What is the shape of these thoughts?
Allowing any answers to come,
Sensing into your mind,
Aware of your thoughts and are they currently useful or have they served their purpose?
And then just noticing how do you feel in your emotions,
In your energy and your physical body when you have these thoughts and allowing whatever comes to come and then sensing into your spiritual side.
So whatever your spiritual orientation is that's valid and just allowing yourself to open to that and as you open to the spirit,
Dropping that question in,
Asking yourself,
What are my spiritual beliefs and practices and what meaning do they carry for you?
Allowing any answers to come naturally as you sense into the spiritual side of yourself and then creating a space for and an intention of recalibration.
So just giving permission now for your internal resources to rearrange themselves so that they bring balance in all of these areas,
Your body,
Your energy,
Your heart,
Your mind,
Your spirit.
Just allowing whatever needs to happen to find balance,
To happen now and to continue to happen for as long as is appropriate for you.
And then closing the practice,
Giving thanks to all the areas of yourself,
Giving thanks to your body,
Thanks to your energy,
Giving thanks to your heart,
Thanks to your mind,
Giving thanks to your spirit and coming back to your awareness of the here and now.
Noticing how you feel,
Taking a deep breath,
Noticing the sounds around you and when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
