Okay,
So we're going to start with a simple relaxation.
So take your time and get yourself settled in a place where you're comfortable and you won't be disturbed.
You can be sitting or lying down.
Probably the best way is to lie down flat.
Make sure you're warm.
Make any adjustments you need to make to get comfortable.
And as you're lying here,
You can close your eyes if you wish.
And begin to focus on your breathing.
And you can start by taking three deep breaths all the way in.
And as you breathe out,
Just allow yourself to let any tension go out of your body.
That's right.
And then noticing just how deep and slow your breathing can go.
Going to do a very quick visualization.
So as you breathe in,
Imagining that you're breathing in light.
And as you breathe out,
Imagining that light flowing to the whole of your body,
To the extremities,
All the way down to your toes.
Light filling your body,
Filling your legs.
Your hips and pelvis,
Your abdomen.
Your chest,
Shoulders.
Down to your fingertips.
Your arms.
Back to your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your face,
The back of your head,
The top of your head.
And just allow that light to keep coming in with each in-breath.
And keep filling your body with each out-breath.
And now placing your hands on your abdomen.
And just noticing what emotions are there.
Emotions aren't always comfortable,
But it's important to acknowledge them.
And so feeling these emotions,
Naming them,
Before offering them up to the universe for healing.
And imagining now what it would be like if you were able to send through the touch of your hands on your abdomen a message of love and care to yourself.
A message of kindness and understanding of what's going on with you.
And a feeling of safety.
And if you were to have all that,
What would it feel like?
How would it be?
How would it feel?
How would it feel?
How would it feel?
And imagining now that with this message of love and care,
You are able to feel the light and compassion for yourself.
You are able to go inside yourself,
To go deep inside yourself.
Find a place within you.
Place which keeps you safe.
And if you could ask your unconscious mind if there was any purpose to the symptoms that you've been experiencing.
You could ask your unconscious,
You could ask now.
And once you know that there is a good intention behind the symptoms,
You can thank your unconscious.
And you can ask how many other ways are there fulfilling this purpose,
Which are more harmless.
And you can ask how many ways are there fulfilling this purpose,
Which are more harmless.
And you can ask your unconscious mind if it's ready now.
To release and stop the symptoms you've been experiencing.
To find some other way to achieve this purpose.
And you can ask your unconscious mind if you're ready to start doing this now,
Today.
Continuing to breathe deeply.
Once again with each in-breath imagining that you're breathing in light.
Allowing this light to travel to your abdomen.
Allowing it to fill you.
And as it does,
Like a cleansing tide it washes away all the impurities.
Washes away anything that you don't need there.
Coming back once again to your breathing and to the sensations in your body.
You can start to wiggle your fingers and toes.
Becoming aware of any sounds around you.
Just allow yourself to relax for a little longer if this feels good.
Whenever you do sit or stand up,
Give yourself a little shake to release any stale energy which is not helpful to you.
