
Healing Abdominal Issues
A gentle guided relaxation, visualisation and check-in, created specifically to help at times when your are experiencing pain, discomfort or other health issues in the abdominal area. This could be useful for tummy aches, pain from menstruation or uterine growths, or any issue which you would like to send some healing to. The soft guidance invites you to relax, before sending healing to the area. You are encouraged to acknowledge any emotions which you have about the pain, and led through a non-intrusive process to stimulate your unconscious mind to find ways to serve your body's purposes without pain and illness.
