In this practice, you will use Reiki energy to clear the room you sleep in, before filling your room and your bed or pillow with gentle Reiki energy to release throughout the night as you sleep. Designed to be done in bed so that if you choose to, you can go straight to sleep. This practice is aimed at people with some Reiki experience.
