Dear parent, please use this meditation as a safe space to acknowledge your grief and offer yourself some care. We start with a gentle body scan to recognise grief in the body and allow it to be held by the surface you are resting on, before reminding ourselves of the love which is beneath it, and sending that love outwards, knowing that it will find your baby, wherever they are. Throughout the practice, you will be invited to hold space for yourself to experience whatever emotions you have, and know that whatever you feel, is valid.
