And you're going to be okay.
This track is your reminder that you are going to be okay.
So please allow yourself to be comfortable.
If there's a lot you've been carrying,
Now's the time to put that down.
And that might look like allowing some release in your body,
But also give yourself permission to either sit or lie in a position that's comfortable,
And in which your body is held.
So you might lie on the bed or the floor,
And just allow that surface to hold you.
Allowing yourself to be held for this time,
Knowing you're not going to fall off.
You can afford to let go and take a deep breath or two.
So allowing that breathing to become deep and regular.
And you might wish to close your eyes as you notice the sounds of life going on around you.
Allowing them to exist without your input.
Knowing they can manage without you for the duration of this practice.
And turning inwards,
Noticing any thoughts,
Sensations or emotions.
These are the signs of life going on inside you.
And allowing them to be as you continue to allow yourself the space for this practice.
And sensing inwards now to your heart space,
So that space in the centre of your chest.
And whatever you find there in this moment,
Just noticing and accepting and honouring that this is what is in your heart just now.
And allowing yourself to breathe into your heart.
So breathing into your heart.
Breathing out from your heart.
You might imagine or even visualise that breath entering into your heart space.
Some nice gentle colour.
And breathing out again.
That gentle colour taking with it anything that is ready to be released now.
And then holding your heart with love.
So you might physically place one or both hands on your chest.
You might just send your attention to your heart space.
Imagining your heart held in loving hands.
And from here turned inwards to your heart.
You're just going to remind yourself,
Remind your heart.
You're going to be okay.
So remember your heart trusts you.
And so what you tell it matters.
So turning inwards towards your heart.
Within yourself,
Repeat.
You're going to be okay.
You're going to be okay.
You're going to be okay.
And then just let that sink into your heart now.
Knowing you're going to be okay.
And now that you've established that connection with your heart going inwards.
And imagining that you are inside your heart looking or sensing outwards.
So from this space inside your heart you're aware of the whole rest of your being.
Your body,
Your mind.
Your self as a whole and complete being.
Just cultivate this awareness from the inside.
So what might you see,
Hear and feel from inside your heart?
And from in here,
From the heart.
You're going to send that affirmation out now to your entire being.
I'm going to be okay.
So just repeat that allowing your heart to transmit that to your entire being.
I'm going to be okay.
I'm going to be okay.
I'm going to be okay.
And then once again just allowing yourself to breathe.
And allowing your body to be settled.
Allowing the surface beneath you to hold you.
In that certainty that whatever is happening,
You will be okay.
Allowing your muscles to relax into that certainty.
And noticing what that does to your breathing.
If you believe,
Even if only for this moment,
That you're going to be okay.
Does that free up your breathing a little?
Are you able to breathe with more depth?
More ease?
Just resting on this surface safe in the knowledge that you're going to be okay.
And then slowly returning to your awareness of your surroundings.
So noticing the sensation of your body where it rests on the surface beneath you.
Perhaps beginning to notice the sounds around you.
Allowing yourself to stretch or move as you wish.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
