Maybe you're sitting upright or you have your legs up the wall in an inversion.
Tune in to your body and see if you can tell what it needs today.
As you settle in,

Start with taking a few deep,
Slow breaths in through the nose and out through the nose.
Can you begin to feel your body relax a little more with each exhale?
See yourself relaxing by a beautiful,
Calm lake.
Perhaps you are sitting on the deck of a cabin or in a chair on a pier that jets out over the lake.
Or maybe you're laying on a towel on the beach next to the lake.
Take the next few breaths to really visualize your lake.
Notice the size of the lake,
The color of the water.
Maybe you notice a few fish swimming in the lake.
If you look up,
Are there clouds in your sky?
Can you look around and take in the lake's surroundings?
A gentle breeze softly blows and you watch the thousands of tiny ripples it creates on the surface of the lake.
Can you imagine the feel of this breeze?
Your surroundings here are so calm and pleasant that it brings a feeling of complete peace.
This calm feeling washes over your entire body and mind.
You breathe in deeply and allow the peacefulness to fill you.
As you look over this peaceful setting,
You realize that you are in control of your mind and your body.
You can choose to release negative emotions and free up space in your heart and mind for positive things to come.
Take this time to release any worries,
Any disturbing thoughts,
Any sadness that you may be feeling.
Let those feelings float up,
Out,
And away.
Whatever has happened that has bothered you,
It is time to let that go.
Now let's choose thoughts that make you feel good.
When you focus on the positive,
You get more positive experiences in your life.
Imagine yourself looking out over the serene lake and repeat these three statements to yourself.

Progressions represent the planet's continual movement through time and space.
The progressions sketch out the big sweeping journey of life.
Progressions do not speak of small passing things,
But to big sweeping arcs of karmic fate.
It speaks to your soul's journey.
These types of situations may feel fated,
But the outcome is not predestined.
You always have a choice about how you respond and where you go.
