I invite you to join me.

Lie down,

Get comfortable as we move into a relaxed state.

Allow yourself to take a few deep belly breaths.

Build that expansion as new vital fresh air circulates through your body.

And then breathe it all out.

Deep breaths.

And then release out long sighs.

As we settle in I invite you to come on a journey.

You overlook the ocean,

You smell the salt air and the wind whispers on your face,

Through your hair,

The horizon,

That line where the sky kisses the ocean.

And you begin to see a gentle golden glow.

The earth,

The ocean,

The sky.

And the sun as she wakes for her day ahead.

The gentle golden glow.

You turn to look around.

The fresh air of the breeze dances around you.

As you wait to seek out the light in its first moments when it touches the earth.

The landscape around you appears to change.

Now there are vibrant shades of purples and pinks.

You begin to see the shapes,

The forms,

The fullness of everything around you.

You are drawn back to the ocean horizon.

It begins to sparkle across one golden line.

The morning skyline begins to erupt with a ball of pure light.

The long awaited sunrise.

You breathe it in.

The first light sunrise.

And through your lips.

Down through your throat and expands into your lungs.

It dances across your shoulders,

Along your arms and down into your fingertips.

You feel the surge of excitement and the new day coming into being.

Coming into your being.

The sunlight continues to work its way through your body.

You breathe more of it down through your chest,

Through your stomach,

Across your hips.

Light pours through your thighs,

Backs of your legs,

All the way down to your feet,

To your toes.

The first light exits through the base of your feet.

It's like a cycle.

You're breathing in the light and it being returned back to earth.

Your face is now glowing.

The sunlight illuminates.

You feel an expansive smile stretch across your face.

It moves to meet and welcome the day.

You soak up a few more breaths of this first light,

This magic.

You feel light,

Energised,

Cleansed,

Excited for the day ahead.

But so grounded in this moment.

So you take another deep breath in.

As you exhale,

You raise your arms overhead and you want to wake.

You start to stretch and move your body.

You feel the ground below you.

You start to open your eyes and glance around.

Grow to perspective,

Gratitude and lightness.

You feel strong in your own sense of knowing and feeling.

Each morning this can set you up and really build the foundations for the day ahead.

Wishing you uplifting and energised day.
