Thank you for joining me.
Do you remember a moment when you have been in deep flow?
Perhaps when you lost track of time,
Completely immersed in an experience with people or something that you were doing.
Flow in itself is almost a meditative state,
Some say it's when we get our creative juices going,
Feels blissful,
Something productive.
Being in flow can be about trusting,
Letting go,
Integrating the lessons,
The healing and other aspects too in your body.
Sometimes we are required to be patient,
Allow the breath to move the flow through,
Allow space,
Not always the doing or the moving.
So I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on a time,
An experience that you felt deeply connected and in flow.
It may have been going for a run,
It might be dancing,
Cooking,
Drawing,
Something that you can be fully present within your body,
Expansive,
Letting go and enjoying on a deeply nourishing and satisfying level.
When that memory comes to mind,
I encourage you to hold it,
To go back within it.
How does this feel within your body?
Do you feel energised and open,
Expansive,
Connected?
Whether you've experienced flow,
How do you move through your day?
Can you connect with people more openly?
Do you feel inspired by new ideas?
Do challenges seem not quite as difficult?
I invite you to sit with this,
Perhaps channel and call in more flow,
More opportunities to be in that state.
