I want to acknowledge the challenges you've experienced lately,

The great pain,

Discomfort,

And experiences that have shifted you.

These are asking for you to trust in the growth,

The recalibration that is being undertaken.

On some level,

Perhaps,

You acknowledge some things were not working for you.

They were working against you.

And so you are being propelled through what feels extremely difficult at times,

To move you into a place,

Space with others that are better aligned,

That will support you.

You are being stretched and pushed.

Some things,

And even people,

May fall away or out of your life.

These too can be difficult to really lean in and let go of.

You are being reminded that you are not alone.

You are moving forward and discovering,

Remembering more of who you are and being called to embrace and embody this to take up more space,

To not place more,

To stand in your power,

To honour your needs,

To understand what you want and to call that in.

Lean in,

Even if it feels uncomfortable.

Leaning in asks that you trust.

Leaning in asks for you to be vulnerable.

When we lean in,

That too is a movement forward.

We are not resisting.

We are not withdrawing or pulling back.

We are leaning forward into challenges that may feel uncomfortable but they are pushing us into places of growth.

So go very gentle on yourself.

Have the care and compassion that you give so easily to others.

Give that to yourself during this time.

Allow yourself to rest.

These simple acts are affirming and listening to your own needs.

Your needs,

Supporting you,

Is important at work.

That's part of the journey too.

So continue to listen to what it is you want,

You need and leaning into it all.

Walking with you on this journey.
