This short meditation seeks to help unravel the heavy thoughts of the day, releasing with breath and gently guiding to come back to heart space. The intention is to ease you into a deeply nourishing, resting state for restorative sleep.

Welcome,

Thank you for joining me.

I hope you get really comfortable,

Feel calm,

Uplifted,

Space and allow yourself to really drop in,

Be held.

This is your time,

This is the chance to really allow,

Let go and come back,

Come back to your body,

Come back to your breath.

I invite you to take some deep breaths in and a long breath out,

Emptying out all that residue,

To empty out a busy cluttered mind and come back to the place that is always available.

It's as simple as a few breaths,

Slowing down,

Enjoying the beauty around you and within you,

Placing your hand on your heart,

Feeling the beat,

Feeling the breath,

Feeling that space.

We need to simply trust and take one step at a time.

You are supported on every step of the way.

I offer you some time to sit in this space,

Your heart space or if you wish in your own time you can drum your fingers over your chest and gently flutter your eyes,

Embodying and embodying that space,

That peace,

Calm that is always available to you.
