I hope you feel revitalised,

Alert and awake as you ease into your day ahead.

This is a great opportunity to choose how you want your day to look,

How you want to feel as you move into it,

By taking a moment to pause.

Each morning this can set you up and really build the foundations for the day ahead.

Maybe it's taking a moment to feel joyful,

Thankful,

Alert,

Energised,

Inspired,

Excited for the day ahead,

Whatever that looks like.

Just know that your day ahead is amazing and exciting and filled with adventure.

You get to choose.

Just know that your day ahead is a creation for whatever you want it to be.

You can choose to see the opportunities to meet new people,

Learn new things and that every day is a fresh start.

So stretch out big and tall,

Point those toes,

Wiggle those fingers,

Yawn your body awake because the best adventure starts each day and with you.
