Thank you for joining me.
Sending a wholesome,
Joyful moment to wrap around and hold you.
To get very comfortable.
Take a few deep breaths.
Allow the air to channel down through your throat,
Lungs and into your belly.
Feel that expansion as new vital fresh air circulates through your body.
With every breath in we recalibrate,
We re-energise and we support our body to keep doing its amazing functions.
Supporting us in every moment,
In every day.
So with the next breath in,
Breathe in gratitude for your body.
This wondrous vessel that carries us through.
Even when it feels like it's heavy or tired or under strain,
It still manages to get us out of bed each day and pull us through the tough times,
Walking us through the good times.
I encourage you to take a few more breaths.
Feel into every space of your body with those breaths.
Exhale out anything that doesn't serve you.
You can even puff it out.
Big breaths out,
Empty out,
Let go and release.
I encourage you to take a moment now,
While we're filling up with what we want more of,
To focus on joy.
How does this feel in your body?
Does it feel electric?
Does it feel like a colour?
Could it possibly be a movement?
Or a memory?
Maybe it's a smell.
It could be your grandmother's wholesome home cooking.
Joyful moment.
Could be dancing in a sun shower and watching a rainbow emerge with your friends.
Perhaps it's sun pouring through the trees.
Or the smell of pine needles leading up to Christmas.
Could be the changing colours of autumn.
Or a baby's laughter that deals you with delight.
I encourage you to call in some of those sensations and memories.
How does this feel in your body?
Is it expansive?
Is it tingly?
It's about observing the emotion,
The memory and the sensations in your body.
So whatever joy looks and feels to you.
I hope you can create a moment within this today to remind yourself,
To embody it and to embrace it so that you can carry this joyful moment to wrap around and hold you.
Let it uplift you as you move through your day.
Let it uplift you as you move through your day.
