We all have these days when we feel down,

When we feel hopeless,

Lost,

When we do not feel worthy or good enough,

When everything loses its meaning and we are questioning our existence.

We all have been there and it is normal,

It is human.

That what is being human looks like,

Constant ups and downs.

One day we feel like we are on the top of the world and the next we are laying deep down on the bottom.

It is normal,

It is human.

But I want you to know it shall pass.

What you are feeling right now,

What you are going through right now shall pass.

As the only constant thing is the change.

Ups and downs.

In these moments I want you to remember that no matter what's happening you are so loved and accepted.

You are perfect just the way you are as you were born perfect but society made you think otherwise.

You were born worthy and capable and even if you don't feel this way it's still the truth that you know deep inside.

Remember that you always supported,

Held and safe.

No matter what.

I want you to close your eyes right now and take a deep breath.

Hold on the top and breathe out.

Breathe in again.

Pause and breathe out.

Once more breathe in.

Hold on the top and breathe out.

Empty your lungs completely.

Now imagine that from the core of the planet beam of pink light is rising.

The beautiful energy of mother earth that passes all the layers of the planet and is coming closer and closer to you.

It pierces the ground level and then the floor.

It enters your body through your feet and it slowly starts filling in every part of your body.

It goes up to your ankles,

Chins,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips.

It fills in your pelvic floor,

Your belly,

Lower back.

Now you feel it in your chest,

Upper back,

Shoulders and arms.

It goes up your neck into your head.

It keeps spreading from your body to the space and a bubble of this beautiful energy is created around you.

Take a deep breath and imagine that every cell,

Every atom in your body opens up and drinks this energy.

Take another breath and keep imagining all your organs,

Tissues are filling up with this light.

Feel like everything fills up with love and light of mother earth.

Her healing energy wraps around you like a blanket so you feel so loved,

Held and safe in her arms.

Continue focusing on your breath and setting the intention of sinking deeper and deeper into this beautiful energy for several more minutes.

Take a deep breath and imagine that every cell,

Every atom in your body opens up and and Take a deep breath again.

Notice how loved,

Accepted,

Held,

Safe and supported you are by Mother Earth.

She is always here for you,

Always holding,

Always loving.

You will always be accepted by her,

No matter what,

She will be always here to support you.

Take another deep breath and release by breathing out.

Let go of anything that was holding you.

Breathe in again and just let go.

Remember you are always loved and safe,

Always.

Put your hands on your heart and take another deep breath.

Feel your heartbeat,

Listen to it.

Feel the sacredness of your life,

How unique and important you are.

There is no one out there like you,

You are truly unique and have so many gifts to share with this world.

You can open your eyes now and continue with your day,

But stay connected to Mother Earth and your heart.

Keep feeling loved,

Held and safe because you always are.
