Hello beautiful soul,
I am so excited for you to listen to this meditation before you go to sleep.
Because it is the best way to finish your day,
At least I always do.
So I would like to share it with you so you can experience the magic.
So just lay in your bed,
Already prepared for sleep,
So lay comfortably,
Really resting,
Having a pillow under your head,
Having a blanket so you are warm and cozy and you are able to fully relax.
And I want you to take several deep breaths,
Bringing the air all the way to the belly,
Taking a breath with your nose and breathing out with your mouth.
So breathe in,
Hold on the top and let go.
Let go of the day,
Let go of the worries,
The stress,
Anything that happened during the day.
Take another deep breath,
Hold and release,
Leaving behind what doesn't serve you any longer.
Another deep breath,
Hold and let go.
Pay attention now to your body,
How does it feel?
Do you still feel stress or worry,
Being busy,
Overwhelmed or you are feeling relaxed and ready to fall asleep?
Just notice,
Don't judge,
Don't try to fix anything,
Just allow anything to be the way it is,
At least for this moment.
I want you to start bringing attention to your head,
Bringing attention to your beautiful awareness and relax your forehead,
Your temples,
Eyes,
Jaw,
Mouth.
Bringing relaxation to your whole head.
Notice how your neck feels and relax it,
Relax your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands,
Relax every single finger in your hands.
Notice how your chest feels and bring relaxation there,
Your upper back,
Breathing to your upper back,
Go down to your lower back,
Middle back,
All this area and breathing relaxation there.
Breathe in and relax.
Bringing your attention to your stomach and belly,
Relax these areas,
Bring your awareness and relaxation to your pelvis and hips,
Go down your thighs,
Your knees,
Breathing into your knees,
Go down and reach your ankles and feet and bring relaxation there as well.
I want you to take a deep breath,
Just feel this relaxation coming to all parts of your body.
Breathe in and relax,
Breathing relaxation everywhere,
Having your body as one,
Feeling that as one big particle that is relaxed.
Breathe in again and relax,
Breathe out all the worries,
All the stress,
Everything that is needed to let go.
Breathe in again and relax completely.
Notice how do you feel now,
Do you feel more relaxed,
Maybe you raised something,
Some tension somewhere,
If there is,
Bring your gentle awareness to that spot,
Don't judge,
Don't try to fix it,
Just notice and breathe into that part,
Really gently and lovingly,
Allow it to be in the way that it is in this moment.
And now I want you to look back at your day and I want you to think what was good about this day,
Maybe you were excited about something or you felt joy,
Love,
Laughter,
Peace,
Think about at least three things that you really enjoyed,
That you are grateful for,
At least three,
More is better,
Maybe you spent some time if you loved one or you finished some project or you had a beautiful walk outside connecting to nature,
Whatever it is,
Doesn't matter big or small.
And just notice how you feel,
What is the feeling you have,
Maybe in your chest,
Do you feel some love or gratitude,
Peace or joy,
Just notice what you feel and can you allow yourself to sink even deeper in this feeling,
If you feel it in your chest,
Can you imagine as this feeling is spreading all over your body,
So it starts from your chest,
Goes to your arms,
To your neck,
Shoulders,
Your head and then it goes down to your stomach,
Your belly,
Your legs covering you completely and it's amplifying,
So just imagine as you are bathing in this emotion,
How does it feel,
How does every part of your body feels,
How does it feel,
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,
Really opening up to this feeling and allowing to deeply penetrate every single cell,
Every atom of your body.
And now I want you to bring your attention to tomorrow but don't get into your mind thinking what you need to do,
I want you to bring this feeling,
This emotion towards tomorrow and just think what tomorrow will be like with this emotion,
What you can do tomorrow,
What you are looking forward to do,
To feel this emotion even more,
Even stronger,
Maybe you want to feel another emotion,
Something as good as today's but maybe another aspect,
Just feel into it,
Because there is something that you are looking forward to,
If you cannot think about anything,
Can you create something,
Can you plan something that will bring you a sense of joy,
Love,
Gratitude or connection,
Whatever you are longing for,
Can you feel this excitement that you are able to feel that tomorrow if you choose to and just take time during the day,
That will bring you this beautiful emotions,
So whatever makes you feel alive is the right thing,
Whatever makes you feel this warmth in your body,
So you don't need to plan anything now,
Just have this perspective how tomorrow can look like,
Do you feel more hopeful now,
More excited,
This is such a great way to already choose now how you want to feel tomorrow,
Because so many times we are just live on this autopilot and we don't even notice how we feel,
If you can already think about how you would like to feel tomorrow,
There is a huge chance that tomorrow will be as you want it to be,
Because you set this intention and that's what you did now,
So you can go to sleep in this feeling of joy and looking forward to have another day to live,
To experience,
To enjoy and so it is.
