Hello and welcome to this practice of inner child healing.
In this practice we will be connecting to your inner child so this is a perfect opportunity to connect and heal some aspects and also to nurture your inner child.
I invite you to sit comfortably,
Preferably with your spine straight so you can settle in in your posture and you can close your eyes if you feel comfortable.
Let's start connecting to your body.
Take a deep breath in with your nose bringing the air all the way down to your belly and breathing out with your mouth and I invite you to sigh it out loudly so you can start releasing.
Take a deep breath in and then release.
Allow your body to soften and relax with every breath you take.
Take another breath in and relax allowing yourself to drop deeper into your body becoming aware of it.
Let's take another deep breath in and relax.
Just notice how your body feels if there are any sensations present,
Any emotions and if you encounter any bring your awareness there and just observe.
The key to this process is to be present with whatever is so not judging or resisting it not trying to fix it or change but being fully present with whatever comes up observing with your loving kindness and giving the attention it wants from you.
Now I want you to imagine as you are standing in this beautiful field of flowers so whenever where you look where is just this field of flowers going into all four directions I want you to notice the details and to fully embrace this picture.
Notice what flowers are there,
What colors they have,
Just look around and notice.
Notice if there are any specific scents in the air,
Notice the temperature of the air,
Notice the sounds maybe you can hear some buzzing.
I want you to notice that you feel this beautiful sun,
Its warmth on your skin,
So welcoming,
So supportive.
I want you to take a deep breath in and open yourself up to receive this light and then just relax connecting to nature,
To its frequency becoming fully aware of your body and softening and relaxing it with every single breath.
And I want you to notice now that somewhere in the distance there is this huge tree,
The world tree that is so tall that it goes all the way up to the sky and so wide,
So magical,
So wise.
I want you to start walking towards it,
Taking step by step as you move there notice the surroundings,
The flowers,
The scents,
The noises being fully present.
Every single step getting closer and closer to the tree and you can see now that there is a doorway in its trunk.
So I want you to get close to the door and stand in front of it.
As you stand in front of this door it's the entry to your subconscious mind,
To your underworld where we are going to connect to your inner child.
So I want you to open this door and to get inside there will be this room inside of its trunk.
I want you to notice that in the corner is this pathway so as you get there you notice it leads to a corridor.
As you enter the corridor it's under the earth you can see there are lots of different crystals and the ceiling and walls,
Maybe roots of the plants.
I want you to start walking in this corridor allowing its frequency to penetrate your body to create more space,
Really connecting to the frequency,
The crystals and earth.
As you walk you notice there is an opening at the end of this tunnel,
There is some light shining through.
I want you to get there to that place and as you do so when you look into this opening you can see where is this beautiful garden,
Your inner garden.
So step into it and I want you to take a moment to notice,
To witness what's there.
Maybe there is mountains,
Somewhere in the distance,
Maybe there is a river,
Lake,
Waterfall,
Different plants,
Trees,
Whatever is there is perfect.
I want you to go deeper inside this inner garden,
Walking barefoot on this beautiful grass with every single step softening and relaxing even more,
Connecting to Mother Earth,
Sinking deeper into your body.
As you walk you notice there is a child in the center of this garden and just notice and observe from the distance how that child looks like.
It can be a little version of you but also it can be a different child so just allow it to be as it is and observe.
What's the energy there?
What's the state,
Emotional state of the inner child?
Because it can be joyful and running around,
Playing but also it can be hiding,
Can look stressed,
Overwhelmed so whatever you notice just allow it to be as it is and observe.
I want you to take a deep breath in and just relax and start walking closer to your inner child and I want you to stand in front of it,
Stand or maybe sit down,
Whatever you imagine,
Really connecting to it.
I want you to connect.
You can imagine as you place your hands on its shoulders and you look into its eyes,
Really connecting and allowing yourself to feel what is present there.
Asking if there is something bothering your inner child,
Maybe there is some pain or sorrow,
Anything that it wants you to know about to give your attention,
Your awareness,
Asking how you can support it and there are different sensations,
Emotions that can come up in your body,
In your fields so whatever comes up be present,
Observe,
Welcome all.
Let's take a deep breath in and relax.
Take this time to connect to your inner child and become aware of anything that wants to share with you,
Any emotions,
Maybe it wants to do something specific with you so take this time to connect and be present with your inner child.
So so so so so so Let's take another deep breath in now and relax.
So I hope you were able to connect to discover what's there and the more you do this work the easier it becomes as you have more practice so be patient that sometimes we are so disconnected from this part of ourselves that it takes time to actually create this connection so patience it's very important and I want you to now imagine as you are holding your inner child on your lap or in your arms hugging I want you to have this close intimate connection with it and I want you to communicate to your inner child how much you love it that it is so held so supported so loved and so safe that it is accepted just the way it is connect to your your own wisdom and notice if there is something specific that this inner child wants to hear from you even this love freely and nurturing your inner child as a soul worthy of your love and again be present whatever comes up just be fully present let's take a deep breath in welcoming this love this grace in and then releasing whatever doesn't serve us any longer allowing the energy to move and I want you to communicate if you're in a child that you are here now and even maybe you were absent for a long time and it felt alone you are here now and you are never going to leave it again because now you are aware that there is this inner child that you need to take care of it's now your responsibility to love and nurture it notice if there is anything else you want to say last things maybe you can ask how you can support in your daily life your inner child what you can do to bring it more joy more safety more love you can ask and connect to your body to its wisdom to communicate the answer or you can imagine as it's speaking back to you and I want you to say goodbye for now to your inner child and you're going to come back again because this is just a beginning this process of reconnecting to your inner child it's just the beginning and you are now able to do so to bring yourself back to wholeness and to unconditional love to self and I want you to start moving back using the same path you took to get where you are so take your time again walking and noticing your surroundings moving your feet feeling the grass underneath as you get to the opening that allows you to enter this channel I want you to step in and as you walk in this corridor with crystals allow these crystals to help you release anything else maybe there is something that is left from this process or it is just something that is time for you to release so allow its frequencies to penetrate your body your cells and I want you to breathe in deeply and open up and then just release with your breath out breathe in to create more space and release allowing this love and grace to enter your body and releasing that no longer serves you let's take another deep breath in and then let it go and then let it go now you get back to the trunk of this tree open the door and get out now you are back in this field of flowers standing under the world's tree feeling peaceful and present joyful and loving as you return some aspect of your respect to yourself feeling gratitude for this journey for the work you've done honoring yourself for your commitment and knowing that this is the beginning I really encourage you to continue this work working even deeper with your inner child as the deeper you go the more you can discover this is a beautiful process that is so essential for us coming back home to ourselves coming back to our wholeness and to who we truly are I honor you deeply and thank you so much for being here and doing this work I'm wishing you to have a beautiful day ahead and may you experience many blessings in your life blessings in your life
