Katia is a mindfulness teacher, health coach and a yoga instructor. As a mindfulness teacher she is convinced that consistent daily practice of meditation will result in better attention, in being more calm and less reactive to daily stressors. She is fascinated how numerous studies keep proving these benefits. She believes that even small steps matter. 5 min is better than zero. One mindful breath is better than none. She likes to explain the why and most common misunderstandings of meditation. Her approach is secular, down to earth, and humane. The intention is to spark your genuine curiosity and inspire you for consistent action. Her favourite aspect of teaching (be it yoga, breathing, or mindfulness) – is promoting mindful awareness through body and breath, facilitating self-inquiry and exploration which enhances quality of everyday life. She works in English and Russian.
