Kama Kalia has been actively practicing meditation and yoga since 2007. In 2013, she completed the 500-hr Modo Yoga International teacher training, and subsequently, completed Modo Flow (2016) and prenatal yoga (2017 & 2018) trainings. Kama is a mental health advocate, nurse psychotherapist and leader. She is certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as trained in Compassion Focused and Couples Therapy. Kama is a mother of two and brings her passion of helping others into all she does.
