Hello and welcome to a short meditation to help you manifest your dreams.
Start by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down for the next few moments.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep inhale in,
Bringing the breath in through your belly,
All the way up into your ribs and your heart area.
A nice full inhale and as we exhale a nice deep extended down through the heart,
Through the ribs,
Through the belly,
Pushing everything out.
Deep full inhale in through the belly,
Pulling it all the way up into the ribs and back down.
So many of us forget how to take a nice full deep breath and we find ourselves breathing surface level throughout our day.
Continuing on with this nice full breath and gently closing your eyes,
Softening the shoulders,
Softening the eyebrows,
Letting the jaw release,
The tongue fall off the roof of your mouth and allowing yourself to relax and center your attention here.
There is nowhere to be and there is nothing to do.
We're going to begin by bringing your awareness to the present moment.
Notice the sensation of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest or the gentle expansion and contraction of your abdomen,
Allowing your breath to guide you into a state of calm and stillness.
Now focus your attention on the specific manifestation or desire you wish to explore.
Visualize it clearly in your mind's eye,
Bringing forth vivid details and colors and emotions that are associated with it.
See yourself already having achieved or experienced whatever it is that you desire.
As you hold this vision in your mind,
Begin to ask yourself specific questions about your manifestation.
Dive deep here into the details and explore the nuances of your desire.
Here are a few examples of questions that you can ask yourself.
What does this manifestation look like in my life?
How does it appear physically,
Emotionally,
Or spiritually?
How does this manifestation feel?
What emotions and sensations are present when I experience it?
What impact does this manifestation have on various areas of my life?
How does it affect my relationships,
My career,
My health,
Or my personal growth?
What steps can I take to align myself with this manifestation?
What actions,
Habits,
Or mindset shifts will support its manifestation?
Allow the questions to these answers arise naturally within you.
Trust your intuition and your inner wisdom to guide you.
Take your time to explore each question,
Allowing your imagination to expand and paint a vibrant picture of your desired manifestation.
What does this manifestation look like in my life?
How does this manifestation feel when you experience it?
What impact does this manifestation have on various areas of your life?
What steps can you take to align yourself with it?
All of these questions are so important when you're manifesting your dreams.
Visualize yourself walking a day in the life of having everything you want to create,
Noticing how you feel when you achieve it.
As you gain clarity and insight,
Feel a sense of gratitude for this opportunity to get specific about what you're manifesting.
Embrace the excitement and anticipation of bringing your desires into reality.

Slowly bringing your awareness back to the present moment.
