A quick breathwork with a mantra of I let go in order to come down from the fight or flight mode. This mantra will bring instant relief at the moment and allow you to come out of your triggered state and into a more calm, clear state of mind. Use this whenever you feel yourself being triggered at the moment. You can also use this to let go of an argument, let go of the ego and come into your true self at the moment and use this breath when you feel that things are out of your control.

Welcome to your quick emergency use of I,

Let go breath.

Use this in any situations where you feel yourself triggered,

Or you feel yourself starting to react,

And you want to respond instead.

Gently closing your eyes,

On an inhale,

Saying I internally to yourself,

And on an exhale,

Saying let go.

Doing it as many times as necessary,

In order to feel your nervous system calm down.

And we begin,

Inhale,

I,

Exhale,

Let go.

Inhale,

I,

Let go.

I,

Let go.

Can you lengthen your exhales?

I,

Lengthen the exhale,

Let go.

Deep inhale,

I,

Nice extended exhale,

Let go.

I,

Let go.

Repeating this until you feel nice and calm,

And feel like you've come out of your fight or flight,

And can simply just respond.

Namaste.

This came at the right. I focus on a positive mindset and there are the odd time I get triggered. I do breath work to keep my mind clear and focused and not be affected. but there are times. That I need to go within and find calm and not be affected by circumstances. There’s a classic saying short but sweet and to the point. Your meditation is truly that I found it truly helpful in situations as I mentioned thank you for sharing. Namaste. Darryl
