Welcome to this week's meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable seat and start to gently close your eyes.

We're working on abundance and gratitude and inviting that practice in and discussing and explaining a little bit more about it.

Finding a comfortable position,

We're gonna gently close our eyes and on an exhale allowing your shoulders to soften.

Reminding yourself this is a safe place,

That there is no room for judgment here.

We're just observing and just checking in.

Our spine straightens on an inhale and our shoulders softening even more on an exhale.

Unfurrowing our brow,

Allowing our jaw to release and soften.

Letting the tongue maybe drop from the top of the mouth.

Start to bring awareness to all the sounds around you and maybe the temperature in the room that you're in and then start to bring the awareness to your breath.

Noticing as it feels as it flows in and out through the body.

Reminding us that we're alive and we're present in this moment.

Inhaling for four,

Three,

Two,

One and as we exhale lengthening that out.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale for four,

Three,

Two,

One and a long exhale letting our body know that we're okay.

We don't need to be in this fight-or-flight mode.

Two,

One.

Inhale four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Continuing this with this breath for inhale for four and exhale for six.

Softening,

Feeling your body ease just a little bit more with each exhale.

So abundance is not something that we acquire.

It is something that we tune into.

Making a dream into reality begins with what you have,

Not with what you are waiting on,

Which is why inviting more abundance means starting with a solid gratitude practice.

Taking a moment here and let's focus on the things that we're grateful for that happened yesterday or today or even just something that's happened recently in our life.

Bringing awareness to the gratitude for our health,

Our family,

A house,

Our job,

Whatever it might be.

Bringing awareness to those things now,

Picturing them in your mind.

Nice and vivid visuals.

Noticing how you felt in the moment of some of these things that are coming to mind right now.

Your heart maybe fills with happiness.

Maybe you feel a little bit lighter.

Hanging on to this feeling.

Shifting back to so what does abundance even mean?

An abundant mindset may go by many names and people use it for many reasons but at its core,

At the origin,

It is an outlook and attitude that allows you to welcome the possibilities of the world.

With this attitude you can accept that there is enough happiness,

Success,

Wealth,

And everything else you may need for you and everyone else to feel contented and fulfilled in life.

So how can I live more abundantly?

You might ask next.

An abundance mindset means looking at life as full of possibilities and embracing the opportunities rather than focusing on what might be wrong.

Abundant thinking also embraces the perspective that growth is necessary and that you need to take risks and expand your comfort zone.

Achieving your life goals requires you to take chances and try new things and those things with this mindset are much more likely to embrace the opportunities.

So the question now is what might you want to try that is new and maybe a little scary but it might bring happiness.

This continued practice of happiness brings gratitude which gratitude brings health and wealth naturally which brings you to abundance and the reason for abundance and gratitude to be practiced together.

So taking this last few moments just to visualize the things that have happened lately that you feel grateful for,

Feeling grateful for the big and the small and your health and your breath and things around you and ending with a few affirmations in order to invite in what we might be seeking.

Now if you're looking for a promotion for example act as if you received that promotion.

I am grateful for my promotion would be an example of that.

Taking a moment now repeating after me and filling in the blank.

I am grateful for,

I am grateful for,

I am grateful for myself,

I am grateful for my house,

I am grateful for my health,

For my job.

I am abundant.

Abundance and success flows in and all around me.

Taking a moment to add any final affirmation that you might want to add.

Remembering to fake it till we make it.

Act as if you've already received this.

Taking a nice deep inhaling through the nose and sigh it out.

Bowing your head for showing up.

Namaste.
