I journaled along to this meditation after the first listen. When you listed possible reasons for lack of trust: was I hurt, was it lack of faith, etc, my brain lit up and I knew I needed to process all of it. So I relistened and paused to journal when something resonated. 3 pages later and I’ve had some major revelations. Thank you and I’m excited to listen to more of your meditations.
