This meditation came about from one of my students with a very real desire to relax the mind and let go of thinking. Become the witness of your incessant and cyclical thoughts, ground into the body, and use the power of the breath to bring you deeper into the now. Breathe easy and let the mind relax. This meditation was recorded in the rain, my hope is this provides a soothing background ambiance.
