Hi friend,

And welcome to a guided meditation of self-love affirmations.

You are encouraged to do what feels best for you in this practice.

Find yourself in a comfortable position,

Laying down or seated with elongated spine,

And take a moment to connect into your breath.

As you listen,

You may just like to feel the words coming over your body,

Filling you up from the inside,

Or you may feel that it's best to say these things out loud as a way to move into deeper embodiment.

I love being me.

I love my mind.

I love my body.

I love my spirit.

I am divinely created.

My essence is divine love.

I speak to myself with loving words.

I think about myself with tenderness and appreciation.

I love to care for myself with attentiveness and ease.

I love my body with its limits and its abilities.

I love my mind and how open it is.

I love my spirit for its constant presence.

I love my life on earth with all its lessons and blessings.

I love my resilience and I love my softness.

I love my power and I love my ability to receive.

I am grateful for the life I have.

I love being me.

I love who I am right now.

I love the past versions of myself and all the ways I took care of myself.

I love the future versions of myself and all the ways I stay true to myself.

I love my ability to grow and to heal and I don't need to change anything about myself to love myself.

I love being me as I am right now.

I love myself right now.

I love being me.

Take a nice slow deep breath in.

Exhale.

Relax your body.

If it feels good you might want to rub your palms together and once your hands are warm give yourself a little facial massage,

Maybe a shoulder massage.

Move your body and of course head into your day full of love.

Be kind to yourself and have a great day.
