This meditation is called Make It Right and it is one of the most healing practices in my opinion.
It's called Ho'oponopono which is a Hawaiian meditation practice that brings life back into balance.
The first time I did this meditation I got really emotional and found it profound so I'm really happy to be sharing it here with you.
So let's go in.
For this meditation see if you can set an intention to really open your mind and your body and your heart to release and take those nice beautiful deep breaths In Ho'oponopono you repeat I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
And I love you.
I'm going to guide you through but with each word as you say them know that wherever they're directed to whether it's to yourself or to someone else whatever comes up in your mind just saying these words is creating healing for you and naturally bringing life back into balance.
So please close your eyes connect to your mind to your body to your heart and say these words without judgment with grace and kindness releasing the emotions that may come up with them.
Repeat in your mind after me I'm sorry,
Please forgive me,
Thank you,
I love you.
Say these words on your own for the next few minutes once again opening your mind,
Body,
And heart to healing and releasing bringing yourself back into balance.
