Let's get comfortable now.

Sit on a chair with your feet on the ground.

Or lie on your back.

Your feet are apart,

Arms are away from your body and palms facing upwards.

Now close your eyes and allow your body to relax.

Relaxing your toes,

Feet,

Ankles,

Lower legs,

Knees,

Thighs,

Hips,

Spine,

Shoulders,

Fingertips,

Fingers,

Palms,

Hands,

Wrists,

Lower arms,

Elbows,

Upper arms,

Shoulders.

Relaxing your tummy,

Chest,

Heart,

Throat,

Neck,

Back of your head,

Top of your head,

Face,

Eyes,

Nose,

Cheeks,

Mouth,

Ears.

Your whole body is relaxed.

You are feeling very relaxed.

Now imagine you're a tiny seahorse,

Swimming and drifting in the sea.

What a magical and beautiful fish.

You look just like a tiny horse with a long curly tail,

Swimming and floating.

Your long snout looks like an elephant's trunk and helps you find food.

You are a gracious and gentle seahorse,

Gliding and drifting through the water.

You are covered in tiny,

Shiny plates all the way from the top of your head all the way down to your curly tail.

Your tail comes in handy as you hold on to seaweed and sea grass.

You can use your tail to keep you steady,

Allowing you to hold on.

You can choose to glide through the water.

Quietly and gently you move through the water.

Your fin allows you to move up,

Move down or to move forward.

Enjoy some time swimming through the water.

You can swim to wherever you choose.

Enjoy some time swimming through the water.

You are the master of camouflage and can change colour to blend into your undersea world.

From black to grey,

Orange to bright yellow,

You are very difficult to spot amongst the sea grass.

You can safely swim and rest in your natural habitat.

Notice your breath as you breathe in and breathe out.

Your breath is gentle and quiet.

You are feeling wonderfully relaxed,

Swimming and drifting through the water.

Spend a few more moments enjoying your relaxation.

It is now time for you to safely return from your ocean journey.

Notice yourself sitting on the chair or lying on your back.

So now take your attention back to your body.

Notice your breath as you breathe in and breathe out.

And when you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes.

Enjoy some time swimming through the water.
