For this meditation,
Please find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed,
Where you can lay down or be seated comfortably.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And another breath in.
On your exhalation,
Allowing your body to sink a little deeper into the ground.
Surrendering your body with each breath.
Surrendering yourself into your body.
Letting go as you relax the jaw,
The thighs,
The pelvic floor,
The buttocks.
Feeling gravity on the body.
Every breath letting go of the outer world.
Every inhalation sinking a little deeper into your inner world.
As you allow the awareness to float towards sensations in the body.
Where you feel them and what they feel like.
Becoming aware of the sensations of your breath.
Noticing where the breath flows.
Perhaps where it doesn't.
Becoming aware of the temperature.
The slight difference between the inhalation and the exhalation.
On your next breath,
Become aware of the sensations of your inhalation.
Where they live and what they feel like.
Receiving new oxygen into the body.
Receiving oxygen,
Nourishment with your feminine energy.
What are the sensations of your feminine energy as you receive?
What do you feel in the body?
What does it feel like?
Where does it live?
And gently floating the awareness towards the sensations of the exhalation.
Becoming aware of the sensations as you penetrate the universe with your breath.
What are the sensations of your masculine energy?
Where does it live inside of you?
What does it feel like?
Now allowing the awareness to float towards the micro gap between the exhalation and the inhalation without pausing.
Missing what happens as the masculine energy within you becomes feminine.
What happens there?
What are the sensations?
And gently floating the awareness towards the micro gap between the inhalation and the exhalation.
Without pausing,
Becoming aware of that space between your feminine energy and your masculine.
What happens there?
What are the sensations?
Gently bringing the awareness to the fullness of the breath,
The gentle flow in and out of the body.
The fullness of all of the sensations,
Where you experience them and what they feel like.
Simplicity of the breath showing your masculine and feminine energies.
Softly,
Gently allow the awareness to float back into the room,
Back into the moment.
You can wiggle your toes,
Your fingers,
Bring movement back into the body.
You can stretch yourself out as you transition back into the world.
Taking your inner stillness,
Your balance of masculine and feminine with you.
When you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
