Hello and welcome to meditation.
So I'm gonna ask you to take a breath,
Bringing the attention to the breath,
And then check in with yourself what's the state of your mind,
Your body,
And your heart.
And choose one word for each of those states.
Tune in and describe in one word what's your mental state,
Your body,
Your somatic state,
And your emotional state right at this moment.
And again,
Return to the breath.
Allow the breath to arrive in your body,
To take the space,
Noticing where the breath flows.
Noticing what happens when there's a little bit of silence.
And again,
Returning to the breath,
Bringing this awareness from within,
Following the breath inside the body.
Just arriving,
Feeling what's present,
And inviting the breath to ground you into this moment.
Invite the breath to take space in your chest,
In your belly,
And allowing the body to relax as the breath goes out.
And once more,
Check in with yourself.
What is the state of your mind,
Your body,
And your heart right at this moment?
Is it the same?
Has it changed?
And once more,
Find one word for each state,
For the mind,
The body,
And the heart.
And as we finish the practice,
Slowly come back.
