Hello and welcome.
This is a very short breath practice and intention setting.
We'll begin with three deep breaths.
Inhale through the nose,
Nice and deep.
Expand the belly,
Expand the mid-body,
The lungs,
And then exhale,
Release every little last bit of air from the body.
Inhale again,
Expand everything,
As much breath as you can take in.
And then exhale all the way.
Final time,
Inhale deep,
Deep,
Deep.
Open up,
Wake up the body with the breath,
And when you can't inhale anymore,
Exhale fully and completely.
Pull the navel into the spine,
Release all the air,
And then go to a normal breath.
And simply watch your breath.
We're gonna do three more breaths,
And this time through the mouth.
So we're going to inhale,
Filling the lungs,
Filling the belly,
Fill the back body,
Expand the side body,
Expand,
And then exhale through the mouth.
Two more times,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
See if you can take in one more sip of air,
And then exhale.
Let the breath go back to normal,
And simply watch it.
Notice how the body feels.
And as you feel into the sensations of the body,
I invite you to set one intention for your day today,
Something that will bring you joy.
And we're going to take one final breath,
Inhale through the nose,
And then inhale a little more through the mouth.
Hold,
Seal that intention,
And then we're going to exhale through the nose really slowly,
Soft,
Slow breath out.
When you're ready,
Let the breath go back to its normal cadence.
Shake out your hands a little bit,
Shake out your shoulders a little bit.
Allow a gentle smile to cross your face,
Blink your eyes open,
Take in the light of the room and all the opportunity that awaits you.
