This is a practice for moving stuck and stagnant energy within the body.

A great exercise for releasing anger,

Grief or any emotion.

This is a short micro practice for you to use anytime and any place.

So if you are able to I encourage you to stand up for this practice,

Spread your legs as wide as comfortable and come into a squat if you can.

If not,

Just simply standing is also perfectly okay.

What we're going to do is we're going to inhale through the nose and exhale and as we exhale we're pushing out the tongue and creating a big silly,

Angry,

Loud animal face and we're releasing the exhale with an ah sound.

So it's going to sound something like this.

And then breathe in with me.

Get really silly here,

Get really creative as you breathe in.

Keep going,

Full,

Big,

Deep breaths.

And then stand out,

Release that anger with a big exhale.

Five more times,

Deep,

Expansive breath in.

Exhale and just shake the face,

Shake the body,

Do anything that comes naturally to you as you just let go here.

And breathe in.

Let go.

And again.

Last one,

Breathe in and hold.
