Good overall reminders on mindfulness. I felt that the meditations were too rushed and didn’t give you enough space to be or think of the prompts. I also didn’t like spending a minute to wrap it up at the end with her monologue. That could be done well in 10 seconds. Good for beginners and folks new to this space.
