Hello,
This is Jax and welcome to your morning meditation to start your day with some energy and some positivity.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Sitting upright with your spine straight.
Close down the eyes and let's begin.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
Hold your breath for a moment.
Exhale fully through your mouth,
Releasing any stagnant energy or tension.
Let's do this again.
So deep inhale through the nose,
Hold it at the top.
Exhale through the mouth,
Allowing each breath to release any stress in the face.
Again,
Inhale,
Breathe in,
Feel your body expand.
And exhale,
Soften the shoulders and the eyes.
One more.
Inhale,
Just breathe it in,
Feel the belly,
The rib cage,
The chest expand,
Hold.
And then find yourself exhaling,
Releasing the out breath.
And now just let your breath return to its natural rhythm.
And start to shift your attention on the sensations of your breath as it flows in and out of your body.
So you start to feel the cool air entering your nostrils on the inhalation and the warm air leaving your body on the exhalation.
And just allowing your breath to ground you here in this moment,
In this space.
And as you continue to breathe,
Can you envision each inhalation?
So where do you feel it?
Do you feel it in the belly,
The rib cage,
The chest?
And with each exhalation,
What do you feel like you're releasing?
Is it old energy?
Fatigue,
Stress,
Tension?
So with every inhale,
You start to bring in that awareness,
The awareness of the breath,
The sensation of the breath.
And on every exhale,
You just release,
Release whatever releasing looks like for you.
And with each inhale,
You just feel yourself becoming more energized,
More ready to embrace the day.
And with each exhale,
You start to settle into that belief,
Knowing the day is what you make it.
So make it one where you're in the driver's seat,
You're in control.
You get a choice and you choose to live with an open heart.
So bring your awareness to your heart center,
That area in the middle of your chest.
And linger in the breath.
Linger in the pause.
And before we end our time together with some stillness,
Take a moment right now to set your intention for the day.
And I love starting the day with an affirmation.
So today's affirmation is,
I am powerful and loving.
If something else resonates for you,
Wonderful.
However,
If you're joining me together,
We're going to say this out loud five times.

And let this intention uplift you and guide you,

Take two deep inhales through the nose.
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Again,
Two deep,
Longest inhales you've taken all day.
And then exhale,
Just let it go.
When you're ready,
You can gently blink your eyes open.
