Good morning friend!
It's Jax and it's so lovely to be with you here today.
This meditation is all about having your best morning afternoon day ever.
So find a posture that feels both relaxed and alert.
Gently close the windows of your eyes and take two inhales through the nose and exhale out the mouth let it go.
Do that one more time.
Soften any unnecessary tension and take a few moments to scan your awareness through the sensations of your body.
Unlock the tension in the jaw,
Lips and tongue.
Melt the tension in the eyebrows,
Eyelids and all the muscles behind the eyes.
Loosen any tension in the sides of the neck,
Shoulders and chest.
Embrace the softness in the belly,
The thighs and the feet.
Admerse yourself in this relaxed and alert experience happening right here,
Right now.
Take two inhales through the nose and exhale let it go.
Now I want you to imagine yourself back in bed and your morning alarm has just gone off.
You spring out of bed feeling rested and replenished.
You turn off the alarm with a big smile on your face.
And you go over to your wall and you see a big yellow sign saying,
Today is going to be a great day.
And yes,
It's written in your handwriting.
You nod in agreement as you know today is your day.
So what does it look like to have a joyful morning for you?
What does a great day look like for you?
And now I want you to picture yourself right now in this moment meditating,
Listening to the sound of my voice.
What does the room look like?
What are you wearing?
So to really visualize this great day,
We're going to move through the rest of your day together.
So after this meditation,
What will you do today to bring you joy?
What is one thing you're going to do within the next following hours that will fill up your cup?
How are you showing love and kindness to others today?
And finally,
What is one thing you will do today that will bring you closer to your own personal goals?
It's okay to not have a defined answer because you are the answer.
Trust in yourself that you can make anything possible.
There are no limits with you.
Believe in your own capabilities and talents and know that today is going to be a great day.
And to really anchor you into this feeling,
We're going to end with 10 rounds of breath work together,
Where we'll inhale two times through the nose and exhale out the mouth.
