Ivan Tay

Ivan has been meditating for two decades and doing various mindfulness practices. He is also a coach for mindfulness exercises. He is regularly on zoom teaching free basic meditation on Saturday evenings (GMT +8) at 8 pm. He is currently a mental health therapist, helping those struggling with their mental health. Nice calm slow voice. Good length. I have attempted to do STOP on my own unsuccessfully. Ivan, you explain the steps v well and its as if you are there going through it with me. The last section i will repeat (not allowing things to affect me negatively) to self regularly. Much calmer and focused now. Thanks a lot from Anne in Edinburgh, Scotland.
