Even though we may be busy, we can cater a minute of mindful breathing and do a short body scan. This technique can bring relaxation in a relatively short moment. This practise can benefit when you are feeling anxious and stressful. Even though this is a 3 minute audio clip, the breathing itself is a minute.

Today,

Let's try an unlimited mindful breathing.

Let's begin by taking a moment to settle down.

You may stand up,

Sit down or lie down.

It is important to have a sense of ease and relaxation.

Now close your eyes and we'll begin our mindful breathing.

Take a deep breath,

Scanning your body from up to down.

You may focus your face,

Your hands and your leg.

Feel how it is like.

There's nothing else for you to do except being aware of your body.

As we end this practice,

Take a deep breath in and an out breath out.

Now you may open your eyes.
