Welcome to this Sleep Power Meditation.

We shall begin first by sitting on the bed with a super short meditation,

A kind of stress release,

But also a bit of fun.

This will follow the sleep meditation that will end with you going to sleep.

Let's begin.

The power of vision.

So,

Sitting on your bed,

Close your eyes.

Yes,

Close those eyes.

Let's say I just handed over a bluebell flower,

Singular it is,

And a precise shade of blue-purple with a name that fits of a bell shape.

Now take this flower and make it three thousand all at your feet and ground,

As far as the eye can see.

And a sweet smell goes up the nose,

Beyond normal air,

But a floral airwave of bluebell perfume.

A rare moment,

Seeing this strong colour and inhaling it too.

Then turn yourself around and face a golden smooth long path and walk forwards on it.

Then start to jog on it.

Then run,

Run on it.

Faster.

Then fly a few feet above it,

Just you and a ride above a golden path.

Then a sharp sound tells you to stop.

Stop.

Let the ground begin to bond a mountain,

Erupting out of the ground.

With you firmly on top,

Stay with it as it rises,

Growing very high.

Let it take you sky high.

On this new golden mountain top,

Head in the clouds,

Misty white clouds,

Air rich and fresh,

Swallow it in.

Then spread out your arms and fingers and thumbs and change them to flying wings,

Huge and long.

And simply glide effortlessly on the wind current all the way down the mountainside.

Landing perfectly soft and quiet,

Back in that bluebell wood of three thousand flowers.

And pick me one bluebell and give it back to me.

Thank you.

Let's begin the sleep power meditation.

So open,

Open your eyes.

Now we know sleep is powerful for rejuvenating,

Replenishing,

Repairing our physical bodies and calming,

Switching the mind off.

Sleeping a full night is a good sign that you are good to go for the new day ahead.

Again,

This meditation ends with you going to sleep.

Now your pillow must be refreshed every time by fluffing it up.

So squeeze that pillow and make it super fluffed up.

Now simply sit on the bed and breathe,

Breathe in.

And wipe your forehead with one hand.

And stroke the top of the head in a smooth hand stroke with both hands.

Then have a full arm stretch and yawn if you wish.

Now into bed,

Into bed.

And lay your head into that big pillow.

Sink into the pillow.

There is a small prayer simply to sleep well and fully sending that prayer up.

In fact wishing all a good night's sleep.

Make sure the bed covers are positioned just right for you.

We will begin a story to aid a deep full sleep.

Listen carefully.

As I say,

Close your right eye shut.

Good.

Then close your left eye shut.

Good.

If you are female then I wish you to pretend your entire being is now male.

You may smile if you wish even laugh.

And if you are male then I wish you to pretend your entire being is a female.

And again smile,

Laugh is good.

I'm going to summarise something.

Something that happened today.

It is a story.

And in a sense going back in time.

For a ship was very much a normal encounter for you.

Working on a ship and a grand one indeed.

All ships are given names so name that ship right now and make it a good one.

Upon it is many chars from the cook house,

The sailing of it and the general maintenance and cleaning of it.

But of course lots of singing.

For the crew had to entertain themselves when at sea.

And one doesn't realise how big the sea is until you live and breathe on it.

And in a simple sense visually.

The days of endless blues,

The sea itself.

The endless blues,

The sky,

Sky blues.

And brilliant white clouds as far as the eye can see.

But strangely calming.

The sea air always gave healthy appetites.

And wonderful fresh super clean oxygen.

For one's skin and hair looked amazingly fresh and alive.

Some of the crew,

Including yourself,

Love the night sky.

For star gazing.

Almost hypnotising.

Deep velvet blue sky.

And a thousand of stars making those patterns.

And indeed used for navigation.

And a wonderful peace falls over each night.

Everything calms down.

And as a ship she did rock so gently.

All sailors in their turn slept well.

And in a strange way,

Although not on land.

And not with anyone new.

The life on the ship and its crew was simply sea people.

And comes that rotor.

Some work while some rested.

Often great sightings of the animal world.

The sea world.

And everyone holds their breath for a second.

When sighting a blue whale.

So,

So big.

And to think they were once hunted to near extinction.

For it's the largest animal in the world.

Nearly 30 metres long.

And a weight of 170 tonnes.

Gliding through the sea.

Now of course,

Having a real swim was always good for the body and joints.

And a pleasure done amongst the super clever dolphins.

So intelligent and love humans.

We know so much about them now.

For their fantastic brains.

The second most powerful brain next to the human.

Gifted with problem solving.

Enhancing one's survival skills.

Talented,

Quick learners.

Self awareness and of course,

Playful.

Anyway,

It's been yet another long day.

And you are heading to the bedchamber.

You can't stop yawning.

And the whole body is ready to rest up as usual.

So hands and face are washed.

And drying them off with a squeeze of real lavender that's hanging there.

With its potent seductive sleeping smell.

The bedding looks so inviting.

And that last bit of effort adjusting that pillow.

And sink into it.

And you know you will be fine in the morning.

So enjoy a good dream.

Enjoy the magic of sleep.

For the sea air brings many a good dream.

With a little starlight shining through the porthole.

A gorgeous smell,

Sea breeze and a rhythmic slow sway rocking you to sleep.

One of the deepest sleeps is simply being on this ship.

Good night.

It's time to go fast asleep.

Sleep,

Sleep,

Sweet dreams.

Good night.
