Laura works as a Registered Nurse and spends her free time walking, hiking or biking with her pugs, Lizzie and Jojo. She is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and holds certifications in Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Yin , Restorative, and Chair Yoga. Laura’s teaching style is expressed through a blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, and personal exploration. She strives to create an accessible environment that nurtures the diverse needs and abilities for students of all levels. Each session is thoughtfully created to foster self-awareness, cultivate inner peace, and promote overall peace and relaxation.
